The River North District, locally called RiNo, is the most up and coming, and arguably hottest, neighborhood in Denver. Boundaries include I-70 to the North, Park Ave to the South, Lawrence St to the East, and I-25 to the West. The River North district has traditionally been an industrial area. That title is quickly being turned on its head as houses are being flipped, apartment buildings are being constructed, art galleries are on every corner, and breweries are popping up left and right. RiNo is the “hip” place to be in Denver right now. Home values are increasing and will continue to increase as the city expands into RiNo. After all, there’s nowhere else for the city to expand.

There were 46 condos or townhouses sold in the past year in RiNo, priced from a low of $290k to a high of $1.15 million with an average sales price of $499,877. The sales price to list price ratio was 99%, and the median days on market for these units was 12.
